1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and seven7bet ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the seven7bet website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the seven7bet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the seven7bet platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the seven7bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.Eligibility

To register and use the seven7bet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of seven7bet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by seven7bet or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

seven7bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.Account Registration

To access the full range of seven7bet Services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all seven7bet accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one seven7bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your seven7bet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. seven7bet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Ownership: seven7bet accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.
• KYC Compliance: All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and other documentation as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws.

seven7bet reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the seven7bet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: seven7bet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the seven7bet cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your seven7bet account in real time. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during normal banking hours.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

seven7bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. seven7bet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• seven7bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.

6.Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the seven7bet platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. seven7bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game settings, or bet acceptance, seven7bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by seven7bet at any time.
• seven7bet reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the decision of seven7bet's management shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
• Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or in violation of these Terms, will be voided and the relevant account may be closed.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the seven7bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the seven7bet platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or scraping data.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit the platform or other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the seven7bet platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing seven7bet staff, support agents, or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the seven7bet platform — including but not limited to the seven7bet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of seven7bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the seven7bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any seven7bet content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any seven7bet content.
• Use any seven7bet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the seven7bet platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of seven7bet intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by seven7bet.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, seven7bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your seven7bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

seven7bet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the seven7bet platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the seven7bet platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from events of force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other circumstances beyond seven7bet's reasonable control.

10.Privacy & Data

seven7bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the seven7bet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and seven7bet that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

seven7bet operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of a regulatory dispute, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may apply in addition to or in lieu of court proceedings, as appropriate.

14.Amendments

seven7bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, seven7bet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the seven7bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the seven7bet platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
